The Ultra Power Saving Mode of the Samsung Galaxy S5 was one of the highlight features during the official launch of the S5 in the MWC 2014. The in-built battery saving feature promises to deliver up to 24 hours after a 10% battery level.
Battery life is quite an important aspect for any Smartphone. It makes little logic to have a high-end device that will half of the time be pinning for a charger.
This is one of the reasons why we need more Smartphones with impressive battery stamina. It is therefore very interesting to see if the ultra power saving mode was just another strategy by Samsung to fuel impulse buying or if it is indeed the real deal.
Here is a fantastic video that demonstrates the working of the ultra-power saving mode of the Samsung Galaxy S5.
