The Camon C7 is a budget variant of the extremely popular Tecno Camon C9 and it features some decent technical specifications that makes it among the best smartphones under Ksh. 15,000.

Other than that, you get 16 GB internal memory for your files and a Micro SD slot that can handle up to 128 GB of memory.

You get a 13 MP camera for general photography and another 13 MP for your selfies. This is the same set up you get on the Camon C9 and this makes the Camon C7 the most affordable camera smartphone on the market.
