The Tecno DroiPad 8 II is the latest Tecno Mobile Smartphone to launch in Kenya and is a successor of the Tecno Droipad 8H.
The DroiPad 8 II is currently one of the best budget tablets you can buy right now.
That said, let’s get on with the unboxing

My first impressions of the Tecno Droipad II was generally positive. I really liked the solid build of the tablet since it gives the Droipad II a premium look and feel, a feature that is often rare to find in budget tablets.
I specifically liked the metallic non-removable rear cover, but it is however, a magnet for scratches and smudges.
Software customization on the Tecno DroiPad 8 II is also excellent. The DroiPad 8 II runs Android 5.1 out of the box, but is customized and has a number of extra utilities optimized for the 8-inch IPS LCD display.
One of the very easy to note features is the quick screen shot utility that allows you to capture and share screenshots. A feature that is now common in most Android tablets.
Other than that, I really liked the battery stamina of the Tecno Droipad II. The Droipad II is able to last almost a week while on light usage.
I am working on a full review of the tablet and it should be up soon. Stay tuned
