As you can see from above, both the Google Pixel and Pixel XL have an almost identical technical profile with the major difference being on the display size, dimensions and battery capacities.

The highlight of the two smartphones is the camera where Google is confident that the Pixel and Pixel XL have the best cameras you can find on a smartphone.

The other important bit is that the Pixel and Pixel XL run Android 7.1 and this makes them the first smartphones on the planet to run the latest version of the Android Operating system out of the box.

Marques Brownlee has done a first impression video of the smartphone and you should check it out if you want to learn more about the two smartphones.

Pricing for the Google Pixel starts at $649 while that of the Pixel XL starts at $769. The price is quite steep but I guess a premium experience will always have a premium price tag.
