Impressions
My first impression of the TECNO Camon X was generally positive. I really liked it, especially its svelte design as well as the 18:9 ratio display.
The Camon X is light, quite light and I had expected it to be heavier owing to its size. The hardware is fine, so what about the software.
The Camon X runs Android 8.1 out of the box, which is really nice. The software runs really well on the phones. Lags and stutters are literary non-existent. The camera is pretty dope, that I must insist on.
I like the phone.
The downside with the phone is the plastic construction. I don’t know why TECNO decided to go with that. It really waters down the premium aspect of the phone and kinda ruins what could have otherwise been a flawless design.
Other than that, the Camon X is a solid device and would recommend it if you are shopping for a budget smartphone with a great camera profile.
