It appears Infinix Mobile is prepping to launch the next Note smartphone.
This is according to the stream of teaser images and posts that have appeared on the brand’s forum and official social media pages.
The launch of the Note 5 will come just about one year after the launch of the Infinix Note 4 and Note 4 Pro and thus it’s well timed.
The Infinix Note range has historically been about impressive battery life and fast charging. You can therefore expect the smartphone to be an upgrade of the previous Note.
Infinix has also added something interesting to the offering. The Infinix Note 5 will be part of Google’s Android One program.
This is exciting, especially for Android enthusiasts.
For those not familiar with the project, the project is all about simplifying the software that runs on smartphones to ensure that the phone gets regular software updates from Google. We wrote an article about Android One and you should check it out to learn a bit more about the project.

Infinix is yet to officially announce the availability of the smartphone. However, our best guess is that the phone will launch in the last week of June 2018.
