Upcoming Samsung entry-level smartphone, the Galaxy M10 has popped up on Geekbench.
For those not familiar with Geekbench, it’s a cross-platform benchmarking platform that comes in handy when verifying the performance of the smartphones.
The Geekbench results reveals that a 1.5GHz octa-core chipset will power the Galaxy M10. This will be coupled with some 3GB RAM. In addition to this, the M10 will have either 16/32 GB as internal storage.
The Samsung M10 is also likely to run Android 8.1 out of the box. This is a bit disappointed since it would have been awesome if the smartphone ran Android 9.0, which is the latest version of the Android OS.
The Samsung Galaxy M series is largely expected to be the successor of the Galaxy On. The Galaxy M range is expected to target emerging smartphone markets such those in Africa.
