Xiaomi has launched a 16GB variant of the popular Redmi Go Android smartphone. The Redmi Go smartphone that is currently in the market comes with 8GB of internal storage.
The 16GB variant is currently available in India, but it’s likely that it will make its way to the Kenyan market in the coming weeks.
The Redmi Go is one of the best selling Xiaomi smartphones in the Kenyan market. The smartphone packs a decent entry-level technical specification profile with the highlight being its affordable price tag.
The 8GB variant of the Redmi Go goes for around Ksh. 8,000. It’s therefore likely that the 16GB variant could be in the Ksh. 8,500 to Ksh. 9,000 range.
