The Huawei Ascend G7 was announced officially in September of 2014 together with the amazing Mate 7 phablet. It’s a surprise that Huawei have only decided to bring the phone to the UK 6 months later.
The phone is set for availability via the Carphone Warehouse stores in the UK where Samsung Galaxy S6 is set to be retailing after its launch on March 1st. it seems Huawei are planning to use Ascend G7 as the main competitor against Galaxy S6 because they will also bring it over in March.

Ascend G7 is incredibly cheap at only £149.99. At that price it is obviously a thorn in the Galaxy’s side since they spot almost similar specs.
The Ascend G7 is very slim only measuring only 7.6mm thin. It has a stock Android 4.4 Kit Kat with Huawei’s own Emotion UI 3.0 on top. It also has that premium metallic feel and an incredibly crisp 5.5” inch 720p HD display. 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP camera with flash ensure sharp snapshots all the time.

Running on 3000 mAh and 2GB RAM backed up with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, It is indeed a power house. The major difference with the rumored S6 is the internal storage which the G7 has only 16GB.
