The packaging is quite nice and gives the smartphone an early premium look and feel, something that is commonly elusive on budget Android smartphones.
The first thing you will probably notice about the Infinix Hot 8 is the large 6.6-inch water-drop display. The display is large, especially when you compare it to the 6.27-inch display of the Infinix Hot 7. The display has a 720p HD resolution.
The design of the smartphone is also quite good. The Hot 8 is quite big, owing to the size of the display but as same time quite thin, and this is despite its huge battery.
Speaking about the battery, the Infinix Hot 8 packs a decent 5000mAh battery. The battery capacity is quite large and is 1000mAh more than that of the Hot 7. The battery is in theory able able to last a day or two from a single charge while on moderate usage.
A noteworthy bit about the software is that the smartphone comes pre-installed with Google’s Files app.
Files an app that helps you to manage storage on your device and thus additionally helps you to boost the performance of your The Files app is available on the PlayStore.
The XCLUB-themed silicone cover is gorgeous and improves the aesthetics of the device. For those not familiar with XCLUB, it’s a community forum for Infinix fans and you should definitely be part of it especially if you are into the Infinix ecosystem.
