Infinix just unveiled its latest flagship, the Zero 5G and as the name suggests, it is Infinix’s first smartphone to support 5G connectivity.
The new device comes powered by a Dimensity 900 chipset and its design is reminiscent of the OPPO Find X3 Pro launched last year.
The Infinix Zero 5G sports a large 6.78-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. Plus, a Full HD+ resolution and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate.
The phone design is called Uni-Curve, where the elevated camera island sits under the same piece of plastic as the rest of the back panel, just like the Find X3 Pro.
The decent mid-range chipset is coupled up with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Plus, a micro-SD card slot to go with it. The smartphone will run Android 11 straight out of the box.
The Zero 5G packs a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main shooter. Alongside it, sit a 13MP telephoto lens and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, you get a 16MP cam upfront.
Keeping the lights on is a 5000mAh battery that supports up to 33W Fast Charging. The Infinix Zero 5G is not yet available for purchase in Kenya, however, it could have a suggested retail price of Ksh. 37,999.
