Itel has just launched its latest budget smartphone, the A37. The device features quite decent specs considering you can buy one at Ksh. 6690. Its major highlight being a 5.7-inch HD+ display with a dew-drop notch and it is worth noting that this is the only phone in its price range with such a display.
Thanks to Itel, the A37 has a bigger screen compared to its predecessor, the A36 that came with a 5.5-inch display. And, not only was the screen size made bigger but the Fullscreen to body ratio is as high as 84.7%. This means you can now browse more content and enjoy a more pleasant visual experience.
In terms of performance, the A37 does not disappoint. It comes equipped with a Quad-core Spreadtrum processor clocked at 1.3Ghz, which is sufficient speed for the phone. It runs Android 10 Go out of the box and packs 1GB RAM coupled up with 16GB internal storage.

The handy app freezer feature ensures apps that aren’t used frequently don’t run in the background and makes sure the system runs smooth and fast. One other fascinating feature about the A37 is the eye-care mode.
It makes the screen adjust to the right balance of brightness and color temperature to make you fall asleep faster.
The A37 comes with a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera that is especially useful for the Face ID unlock feature. A 3020mAh battery keeps the lights on charging at 5W.
