The Nokia 3.1 Plus is a budget Android smartphone that launched sometime in October 2018. The smartphone, however, recently became available in Kenya.

The Nokia 3.1 Plus has a suggested retail price of Ksh. 17,999. At that price point its rivals include the Infinix Hot S3X (Ksh. 18,999) and Samsung Galaxy J6+ (Ksh. 19,999).

On the software side, the Nokia 3.1 Plus runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box. Fortunately, the smartphone is part of Android One, so it’s guaranteed to receive Android 9.0 Pie.
