HMD Global announced half a dozen smartphones in the first quarter of the year.
Some of them are already available locally like the C-series (the C10 and C20) while others like the G and X-series are yet to arrive in the Kenyan market.
According to a recent report by Nokiapoweruser, Nokia is working on a new addition to the X series ,lineup dubbed Nokia X50 to replace last year’s 8.3 5G and probably rival the Galaxy A52 5G.
As per the exclusive information, the successor will come powered by a Snapdragon 775 chipset and may feature a unique Penta-camera setup with a 108MP camera like the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
The X50 is also tipped to sport a 6.5-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. To back it all up, a substantial 6000 mAh battery will be equipped.
The report suggests a release date sometime in the third quarter of 2021.
