A noteworthy bit about the display is that OPPO decided to go with a neat eye drop notch design as opposed to the full notch experience.
This move was great for design but as a result of it, the F9 does not come with a selfie LED flash. This can be considered a deal breaker since it will be a challenge to capture selfies when in low-lit scenes.
Other than that, the display is quite good and offers excellent value for cash.

The choice of the material for the F9 is kind of a letdown. Instead of going for a full blown metal and glass design OPPO opted for a plastic rear cover. This kind of ruined an otherwise flawless design.

In addition to this, you get 64GB as internal storage and a Micro SD slot that can handle up to 256 GB of memory.
The OPPO F9 runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box.
