The OPPO A92 is now one of the hottest Android smartphones on the Kenyan market. The smartphone launched just a few weeks ago and has proven to be crowd favorite especially for those shopping for Android smartphone.
I was fortunate enough to get my hands on an OPPO A92 review unit and here is an unboxing of the smartphone and my first impressions and thoughts about what the smartphone has to offer. We do hope the unboxing will offer critical insights and possibly tilt your purchase intentions towards this gorgeous device.
The Packaging
The OPPO A92 comes in a neat light blue box. The box follows the normal OPPO packaging design philosophy, which is about giving you a premium feels even before you unbox the smartphone.
What’s in the box?
- OPPO A92 Smartphone
- AC charger
- USB Cable (Type C)
- A pair of Earphones
- SIM Ejector Tool
- User Guide
Note: The OPPO A92 comes bundled with the ENCO W31 wireless headphones as a complimentary gift.
First Impressions
The first thing you will probably notice after unboxing the smartphone is the display of the A92. The OPPO A92 has this beautiful 6.5-inch IPS LCD display which looks really good. It’s the kind that gives you the feeling of just wanting to quickly power up the smartphone and begin using it.
The second aspect that is really hard to miss is the design. The A92 has this exquisite machine-cut design and is available in three colors, the twilight black, aurora purple and the shining white. I have the Aurora Purple one, and boy, doesn’t it look good.
The OPPO A92 display has really awesome outdoor visibility, something that I totally liked. This is partly attributed to its 2K resolution, a resolution which makes the device for playing games as well as playing multimedia content.
So, that’s pretty much it about my impressions of the smartphones. I’m super interested in testing out the camera and battery performance of the A92 and I’ll report on that once I have sufficient data.
