Realme has so far sold 4 million smartphones. This is according to a tweet that was posted on its official twitter account.
This is quite impressive considering that the smartphone brand launched in May 2018.

Realme is a sub-brand of Oppo that focusses exclusively on the manufacturing and marketing of budget smartphones.
Realme currently has operations in China and India. The two countries have extremely large smartphone markets and hence it not that hard to see how the brand was able to achieve the milestone.
Realme has plans to launch in the Middle East and African region.
It is therefore, very likely that the company will make its debut in Kenya sometime in 2019.
