The Wiko Ridge 4G is now officially available in Kenya.
The official launch of the Ridge 4G comes months after Wiko, a French Smartphone vendor, unveiled the smartphone in February 2015.
The budget 4G smartphone market segment is currently one of the most popular for smartphone vendors and it is great that the Wiko Ridge 4G is now officially available locally.
The Wiko Ridge 4G boosts of some decent mid-range specifications and that gives the smartphone an edge over its competitors.
The Ridge 4G, however, has a Ksh. 19,999 price tag, which is interesting considering that the Innjoo Fire Pro, a smartphone with similar under the hood specifications has a Ksh. 11,999 price tag.
It will, therefore, be interesting to see how the smartphone will perform in Kenya.
Word is, Safaricom will be the distributor of the smartphone and the Ridge 4G could sell better than its rivals. This is considering that Safaricom is the sole provider of 4G internet connectivity in Kenya.
That said, here is the full specifications sheet of the Wiko Ridge 4G.
