Samsung has begun seeding Android security to the Galaxy A6+, Galaxy J6+ and Galaxy J4+ smartphones in Kenya.
The software version A605FJXU3ARI2 became available for the above smartphones starting early this week and users have been receiving prompts to download the security updates.
The Samsung Galaxy A6+ update comes with the November Android security update while the Galaxy J6+ and J4+ are receiving the latest November 2018 security updates.
All the three updates are however based on Android Oreo. It is likely that the Galaxy A6+ and Galaxy J6+ will be receive Android Pie 9.0 early in 2019.
