The first and most exciting one is system-wide dark-mode. Previous variants of the Android OS do not come with a system-wide dark mode and you need to do a bit of tweaking in order to achieve the visual effect.
The other feature of Android Q focusses on privacy. Android Q now comes with an option to enable specific permissions when the app is in active use rather than allowing than allowing the permission.
This a pretty neat feature.
Android Q is likely to be unveiled by Google late in 2019. It will be interesting to see the other features that Google will include in the upcoming OS.
