TECNO has been one of the best smartphone makers in the budget and mid-range segment, especially this past year. The Camon 17 series offered large screens, decent cameras, and long-lasting battery life.
Now, TECNO has officially unveiled its next-generation Camon 18 series. The company introduced its latest Camon 18 Premier in Nigeria today and it’s the most feature rich phone in the line to date.
From a design standpoint, the Camon 18 Premier comes with a flat back with squared-off edges alongside a flat display with a punch-hole cutout. Also, the selfie cam (32MP) appears smaller than the preceding Camon 17 series.
Around the back, we see a triple rear camera system with a 64MP main sensor, a stabilized 12MP gimbal lens and an 8MP periscope lens similar to the Infinix Zero X. The device also boasts a 5x optical and 60x hybrid zoom for image stabilization.
Other key specs about the Camon 18 Premier include a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a superb 120Hz refresh rate, MediaTek’s Helio G96 chipset sits at the helm alongside 8GB RAM, and 256GB of internal storage.
Powering the whole package is a 4,750mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The Camon 18 Premier will be available in Polar Night and Vast Sky colors. There’s still no info on the price nor details on international availability.
