Qualcomm recently unveiled their next-generation flagship chipset, which saw many renowned brands take to social media platforms and announce plans for their high-end smartphones.
Among those brands was OPPO, who just released a report announcing it will launch its new flagship smartphone in Q1 of 2022, and it will be powered by the newly unveiled Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 platform.
This makes the flagship (rumored to be the Find X4 series) one of the first smartphones to be powered by the new chipset.
The Chinese tech giant also added that it will maintain close ties with Qualcomm in accelerating the development of 5G as seen on the Find X3 and Reno6 series.
