It was reported about two weeks ago that OPPO was working on a smartphone with an under-the-display selfie camera.
Well, it appears that the leaks were accurate and the brand has through a tweet posted on its official social media pages, confirmed that it indeed has the exciting tech.

The video shows what appears to be a prototype device having an under-the-display selfie camera that works pretty well. The selfie camera is not visible when the device is in full screen mode and this is pretty cool.
The under the display selfie camera tech is pretty exciting since the closest we have to a true full screen experience has been through hole punch displays and motorized selfie cameras.
Xiaomi also decide to ride on the hype about the tech by also posting a video on twitter confirming that they too have an under-display selfie camera in the works.
