itel mobile unveils an ambitious 100 days free replacement after-sale program

itel mobile has introduced an ambitious after-sale program that gives its customers 100 days to return and get a free replacement for faulty devices.

The program covers a select number of itel Android smartphones that includes the itel S15/S15 Pro, P33 and A33.

Customers need to call a dedicated hotline to trigger the return process and they will get advise on how they will proceed with the replacement.

The program is a partnership between itel Mobile and Carlcare service limited. Customers wil be able to replace their smartphone at any of the Carlcare Service centers listed below.

There are however, a number of terms and conditions to of course make sure everyone plays fair. They include:

  • Replacements are only valid for hardware issues. Don’t’ worry, Carlcare will sort out the software issues.
  • Unauthorized disassembly of the device makes it not eligible for the replacement program. Same applies to the removal of battery and warranty stickers.
  • Physical and water damage makes the smartphone to eligible for the program.
  • The replacement program does not cover headphones, chargers and related accessories.
  • The device to be replaced should have been activated in the last 100 days.
