itel Mobile has of late been busy, very busy.

The brand embarked on an ambitious path to rebrand and reposition its iconic brand for the modern world.

Article-Update

Previously, itel mobile was extremely popular as a brand that had cut its niche in the manufacturing and marketing affordable smartphones for the mass market.

The strategy worked well and made the smartphone vendor part of the big five smartphone brand club, a club that accounts for close to 80% of all the smartphones sold in Kenya.

However, a repositioning was in order, in order to tap into the other parts of the market that have an audience which is similar to theirs.

As a result the brand is now pushing its way towards the television and wearables market. As a summary here is a quick look into what itel has recently unveiled.
