Nokia’s latest budget smartphone, the C30 is officially out.
The smartphone is now available in Kenya and has a suggested retail price of Ksh. 14,490.
The C30 is part of Nokia’s budget range that also includes the Nokia C10 and C20. So, what makes the Nokia C30 worth the purchase?
Well, the HD+ V Notch 6.82-inch display is definitely a winner, alongside the huge 6000mAh battery capacity that Nokia advertises will last for up to 3 days.
Not only will the C30 last longer, but it comes with the light Android 11 (Go edition) to offer a better, smoother, and safer smartphone experience. Performance-wise, expect 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM for the base version and 64GB for the advanced version.
The C30 comes with a 13MP main camera coupled with a 2MP depth lens. I feel like Nokia could have given the C30 a better camera system considering other budget smartphones like the Infinix Smart 5 come with higher resolution lenses.
However, Nokia probably wanted to save on cost hence the standard camera lenses.
Overall, it’s not all bad and is suitable for gamers and movie lovers who enjoy an immersive visual experience and are not so much into photography.
