Antuntu’s November global list of the top 10 most powerful (tested) smartphones on the planet is out. For a smartphone to qualify for the ranking, at least 1000 units of the devices need to be tested and the score averaged.
The list is dominated with Chinese smartphone brands. Huawei took the first three positions on list with the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 and Mate 20 X.
This came as no surprise considering the meteoric rise of the Shenzen-based Tech giant in 2018. Huawei is currently the second most popular smartphone brand in Africa.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has received numerous accolades and is regarded by tech pundits as being one of the best Android smartphones you can buy right now.
Asus Republic of Gamers smartphone ranks #4 with an impressive score of 297k points.
The One Plus 6T and and 6 were ranked #5 and #6 respectively. Xiaomi takes the next three spots with the Mi Black Shark, Mi 8 and Mi Mix 2s.
Meizu 16th takes the final spot with 286k points.
