She has filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of California court that accuses Apple of using deceptive marketing in its images of the iPhone X and Xs.

In the marketing iPhone X and Xs, image the notch tends to ‘camouflaged’ by the display and thus can be harder to spot it.

Additionally, due to the notch the pixel count of the iPhone X and iPhone XS is less than what Apple advertises.

The lawsuit is quite detailed and you can view it here to view all the finer details.

Apple is yet to officially comment about the lawsuit.
