The TECNO Pouvoir 3 (pronounced puh-vwah) is a budget Android smartphone that became available early in June 2019.
The smartphone packs an impressive entry-level technical profile with the highlight being on the battery (5000mAh) and internal storage profile (32GB).

A 5000mAh battery is in fact quite rare. The other smartphone with a similar capacity is the Samsung Galaxy M30 (Ksh. 28,000).

The Pouvior 3 has a rather weak performance profile and might struggle to run graphic intensive apps and games. The performance profile however, adequate just right to run the daily common use apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube and many more.
The disappointing bit with the Pouvior 3 is that it runs Android 8.1. I don’t know why TECNO choose to do this, I think it’s probably due to the processor they used. It would have been really awesome if the device ran Android 9.1 PIe, the latest version of Android.
