First Impressions
The first thing you will notice about the Camon 19 Pro is the design of the smartphone, it is absolutely gorgeous, to say the least. It has relatively thick flat-edged sides, rounded corners, and one of the slimmest bezels you can get (0.98mm to be exact).
When the display is turned on, it’s just outstanding the level of surface area it covers on the smartphone. The bezels are evenly uniform at the top and sides, with the bottom getting just a bit larger. TECNO did a good job designing the front of the Camon 19 Pro.
Plus, we can’t afford to ignore the back of the device, which is spectacular as well, precisely the camera island. Fitted with what TECNO calls Dual-ring, the three cameras are laid out on two camera rings, with the main camera up top, and the two auxiliary lenses below.
To sum it all up, the Camon 19 Pro and the Camon 19 series in general, are true masterpieces and great works of art that sincerely deserved to win the iF design award as well as the Muse Product Design award.
As I said, in terms of the display, the Camon 19 Pro, is outstanding to look at. It sports a 6.8-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. It’s fairly large but quite bright and vibrant indoors and outdoors.
The refresh rate is delightfully smooth when navigating apps and scrolling menus. Additionally, the touch response rate is impressively speedy with no lag whatsoever.
Being a camera-centric smartphone, the Camon 19 Pro packs a triple camera setup with a 64MP main lens, a 50MP portrait camera, and a 2MP depth lens. The smartphone captures superb photos and videos. In portrait mode, it excellently blurs out the background and intensely highlights the focused object clearly.
