Realme has today unveiled their latest entry-level smartphone, the C30s, which on paper, is a solid budget purchase coming with exquisite specs.
The C30s packs a decent technical profile with some of its noteworthy highlights being its Fast-side fingerprint unlock, Micro-texture anti-slip design, and large 5000mAh battery.
Upfront, you have a 6.5-inches IPS LCD waterdrop notch screen with a 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. Plus, it boasts a 20:9 aspect ratio guaranteed to offer a genuinely immersive visual experience.
Under the hood, we have a 1.6Ghz Octa-core processor sporting either 2 or 4 Gigs of RAM. Quite a modest configuration but absolutely normal for a phone under this segment.
For storage, you get either 32/64GB of memory depending on the variant purchased. However, it can easily be expanded with a 1TB microSD card slot available on the device.
Optics-wise, the Realme C30s packs a single 8MP main lens for general photography and a 5MP ultrawide for selfies and video calls.
The design is definitely the handset’s unique selling proposition. For one, the fingerprint unlock not only makes the device look gorgeous but is exceptionally responsive opening the phone in just 0.58s. We also have the rear Micro texture anti-slip design that adds a nice touch as well as helps with grip and the phone’s sleekness.
The C30s is now available in stores online as well as offline. The 2+32GB variant goes for Ksh. 10,699 while the 4+64GB version sells at Kshs. 13,599.
