For those not familiar with the game, it’s a multi-player survival game that allows up to 100 players per session.

The players are randomly matched across the different markets where the game is available. This means that you can easily join a session at any time that you want.

The game can however, can be extremely addictive and has the potential of encouraging violent behavior especially for younger players. That was one of the reason that India had to ban the PUBG Mobile.

The move to implement the gameplay management system is therefore, some kind of signal to show that the developers have acknowledged the issues raised about the game.

The gameplay system will inform players about how long they have been playing the game and display prompts to encourage the players to take a break.

The gameplay system is rolling out in phases and is already available for players in North Africa and some parts of Asia.
