The TECNO Camon 12 is a budget Android smartphone that was unveiled early in September 2019.

The Camon 12 is the successor of the TECNO Camon 11, an extremely popular budget smartphone that launched just over an year ago.

The Camon 12 is yet to officially launch in Kenya. However, using historical pricing trends of the Camon series smartphones, expect the smartphone to have a suggested retail price of between Ksh. 14,000 to Ksh. 15,000 when it launches in Kenya.

The TECNO Camon 12 packs a 16+8+2 MP triple camera system. This is an improvement from the 13+2 MP camera on the Camon 11. In addition to this, the smartphone packs a 12MP camera for your selfies and video calls.

The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie out of the box, which is great. You get 64GB as internal storage and a micro-SD card slot that can support up to 128GB of memory.

The Camon 11 packs the generic TECNO mid-range design. It packs a gradient color-scheme that gives the smartphone premium look and feel.

A Li-Po 4000 mAh battery keeps the lights on. This is a slight upgrade from the 3750mAh battery that powers the Camon 11.

The TECNO Camon 12 is yet to officially launch in Kenya.
