First Impressions
Straight out of the box, the first thing you’ll probably notice about the Phantom X is its stunning design. When TECNO was designing the Phantom X, they had one thing in mind, completely change the flagship experience.
Looking at the smartphone now, they not only changed the experience but the whole game in itself. The Phantom X is nothing like you’ve ever seen. The 3D borderless design showcased on the display complemented by the futuristic placement of the rear camera looks dazzling and mesmerizes you every time you take it out of your pocket.
The gorgeous color options particularly the Starry Night variant that I happen to have, gives the smartphone a premium and urbane feel with the deliberate intention of seeking attention. It’s just too good to miss.
We also can’t afford to miss talking about the camera profile of the smartphone. Since it’s a camera-centric smartphone, TECNO adapted quite a unique but very sophisticated placement of both the front and rear cameras with two lenses and three lenses respectively. Upfront, the Phantom X packs a glamourous 6.7-inches Super AMOLED display. AMOLED displays are great but Super AMOLED displays are the best of the best. Offering an astounding 100,000:1 contrast ratio, Super AMOLED displays provides exceptional viewing experiences along with an incredible degree of color clarity, as seen on the Phantom X.
This is one of the perfect displays for outdoor visibility, gaming your heart out without harming your eyes and getting great picture quality when watching your favourite multimedia.
It’s also noteworthy to point out that it is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G95 chipset. It’s one of the best chipsets around for gaming and streaming videos. You can throw pretty much every intensive app at it and the Phantom X will be able to cope with the load.
