We were able to get hold of a review unit of the TECNO Spark 4. Here is our unboxing and our thoughts about the Spark 4.

First Impressions
The TECNO Spark 4 is one of the prettiest smartphone that TECNO has launched recently. It looks really beautiful, and gives out this premium look and feel something that is often very elusive on budget smartphone.
One of the first things you will notice about the Spark 4 is the display. The display is big and beautiful. It’s also pretty bright and thus has excellent visibility and awesome viewing angles even when under direct sunlight.
The other feature is the camera. The camera is pretty good. I was able to get some decent point and shoot images, something that I really liked. The camera app UI is also neat and you can easily navigate through it with minimum effort.
The other thing, I can touch on is the battery. The TECNO Spark 4 packs a decent 4000mAh and you can easily squeeze out a day or two of usage, esp. while on moderate usage.
That’s the good stuff. One of the downsides of the TECNO Spark 4 is the charging speed.
The charging speed is painfully slow and this is owing to the 1.2A out of the charger. It would have been awesome if the smartphone would have at least packed the standard 2A charger.
