Apple is gearing up to launch its next series of iPhones and as a known creature of habit, it’s not hard to deduce when the Cupertino-based manufacturer will likely unveil the iPhone 14.

Typically, in September, Apple announces the latest iPhone models in the first or second week. With this in mind, we are approximately eight-nine weeks away from seeing the iPhone 14 lineup.

According to a tweet from tipster iHacktu ileaks, the iPhone 14 series will be officially announced on 13th September with pre-orders expected to start on 16th September. It goes without saying, the company hasn’t officially confirmed these dates so we advise you to take this information with a pinch of salt.

So far, we know the series consists of four smartphones – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max. Contrary to the iPhone 13 series, this time the lineup will feature significant differences between the Pro and non-Pro models.

For instance, the Pro models will ditch the notch in favor of a punch-hole cutout and will be equipped with an A16 Bionic chipset. As for display size, the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro will have a 6.1-inch display while the 14 Max and 14 Pro Max will sport a 6.7-inch panel.

While we look forward to what this latest series will offer, recent intel has stated it could be costlier than the iPhone 13 by $100, considering the current global inflation. Either way, we’ll have to wait and see how things pan out.
