OPPO Reno6 5G battery ranked best globally; tested to last up to 10 hours with just a 5-minute charge

OPPO is popularly known for its advanced battery technology and now, the brand is officially getting recognized for it through one of its latest smartphones.

The OPPO Reno6’s 5G battery has just been ranked as the best globally by the DXOMARK battery ranking with a score of 96 amongst 40 smartphones and after 150 hours of testing.

The global ranking tests battery performance on three levels; charging, autonomy and efficiency. Apparently, the Reno6 5G excelled in all aspects and rose to the top position.

DXOMARK’s test showed that the device could last up to 10 hours with just a 5-minute charge even when the battery level is under 50%. Additionally, the test also showed the smartphone is capable of offering 57 hours of autonomy on moderate usage.

Plus, even when using social apps, gaming, or streaming music and videos, the device still displayed an impressive battery performance under typical day-to-day usage.

Not to mention it comes equipped with a 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast-charger that can charge the device from 0% to 100% in 29 minutes and, attain actual full charge in 35.
